Give reason since the ovary releases 18 every month the uterus also prepared self every month by making it's raining thick and spongy

when a baby girl is born than ovary has thousands of eggs in it but at the time of puberty ovary release it . our uterus prepare itself every month to have egg by a thick line of blood that is placenta .
when the egg is not fertilize than it destroy itself in one to two days and the spongy line placenta comes out of uterus.
