- The preamble states that social, political and economic justice as the objective of Indian constitution
- Establishment of justice means doing away with injustice which existed in various forms such as practice of untouchability, gender -based discrimination ,exploitation of labour, Human trafficking, child labour,slavery etc.
- The objective of exploitation free society was put into practice by right against exploitation.
- The right against exploitation has banned human trafficking , slavery,drudgery,employment of children below age of fourteen in hazardous profession as well as a house servant and consideres it as a punishable offence.
