iron sulphate is formed after reaction.
color changes because iron is more reactive

displacement reaction is a chemical change in which the high reactive displaces the less reactive from its compound or salt solution.

so here ,copper and sulphate (sulphur and dilute hydrochloric acid) ae in a bond with each.

as iron is more reactive ,as mentioned in the reactivity series,it displaces copper from its compund to form iron sulphate.

that's why there is a change in colour as iron and sulphate make a bond and copper is separated.
