Answer: if the pressure and number of moles are constant

Explanation: since PV=nRT

IF THE PRESSURE AND NUMBER OF MOLES ARE CONSTANT THEN FROM THE GAS EQUATION

V is directly proportional to the temprature. Hence temprature increase the volume of the gas increase.

When the temperature of gas increases its volume increases,

because due to increase in temperature kinetic energy of gas molecules increases and the molecules strike the surface of container with more force.

Due to which container expands , and volume increases until pressure returns its oruginal value.

Happy to help!
