CaBr2 is less ionic than CaBr2, this can be explained by the following -
Fluorine is smaller in size than Br .
Electronegativity of the elements decrease as we move down the group .
Since the ionic character of elements increases with the increasing electronegativity .
Thus CaF2 will have the maximum ionic character.
