Hey mate I think you know that K.E=

 \frac{1}{2}m {v}^{2}

So,

Kinetic energy depend upon mass and velocity

If a heavy body has less less velocity and a light body has proportionately more velocity, they may have equal amount of kinetic energy.

Answer:

As mass of one body is heavy than the mass of other body so kinetic energy of heavy body will be more than light body . ... A light body and a heavy body have equal momentum.

Now,if the heavy body has less velocity and lighter body has greater velocity then they can be equal.
