Give reason why addition of H2o to Zn(No3)2 is a physical change but addition of Zn to dil Hno3 is a chemical change

Because again zinc can be taken out after the reaction of Zn(NO3)2 and water we can take out zinc but when it is reacted with acid tv's zinc can't be taken out
