The reason why CO2 is transported in the dissolved form in our body is due to the fact that the CO2 gas is more soluble in water which makes it easy for its movement unlike with oxygen where it has to work more to get dissolved.

A large volume of the CO2 in dissolved form is transported to the lungs from where it is emitted out of our body.
