Answer: Copper in the reactive series is below hydrogen meaning that copper is less reactive than hydrogen. so copper cannot react with HCL to form CuCl2 as copper cannot displace hydrogen in HCL.
Due to this reason copper also does not react with hot concentrated HCL.
There's no reaction overall.
