Give reason why dipole moment of nh3 is greater than and f3

dipole moment of f3 is zero (polarity towards more elctronegative atom) since fluorine on both sides they cancel each other and dipole moment is zero



in nh3(refer to diagram) more elctronegative atom is N. so bondpolarity towards central atom. So dipole moment gets added up
