Municipal sewage is seperated into degradable and non-degradable wastes as because degradable wastes can be biologiacally degraded or decomposed or dump into pits or yards so that it can help increasing the fertility of the soil and used by the plants. While, non-degrdable wastes are not biodegradable, it can cause ill effects to the environment and the soil and lead the plants to death. Sepration causes prevention of theses harmful things or wastes from infecting us and the environment.
