a) Doctors advise to put strips of wet cloth on the forehead of a person having high temperature because the water evaporates and absorb the heat from the body that causes cooling and lowering the body temperature.
b) Ice at 0 degree Celsius is more effective in cooling then water at 0 degree Celsius because the ice absorbs more latent heat as compared to water at the same temperature.
