At high altitude.... pressure is very low. The air becomes thinner with low oxygen and there blood vessels brust leads to nose bleeding.

At higher altitude the gases are rarified which means that the atmospheric pressure at higher altitude is less than the pressure at lower altitude .

Due to very low atmospheric pressure the internal body pressure or blood pressure inside our body is greater than the pressure outside on body .

In the normal atmospheric pressure at lower altitude our blood pressure and atmospheric pressure is balanced but at higher altitude this balance disturbs and causes the blood to leak out from the blood vessels as the Fluids move from the area of higher pressure to the area of lower pressure .

This is the reason that some mountain hours suffer from nose bleeding due to the change in atmospheric pressure .

Hope it helps you!
