A more reactive metal can replace a less reactive metal from its salt solution.Silver comes below magnesium in the reactivity series. It is less reactive than magnesium. Therefore, it cannot displace magnesium from its salt solution.

samratadityae: it is right answers???????

A more reactive metal can displace a lower reactive metal from it's salt solution. As silver comes after Magnesium in reactivity series. It is less reactive than Magnesium.
