Planets are just like sun they do not twinkle.
Planets are closer to the earth than the stars,so the Ray of light does not bend much due to the earth's atmosphere.
Stars twinkle because the light rays from the star's is refracted in different directions.
So planets do not twinkle will star's twinkle.
