Veins have thin walls as compared to artery because artery needs thick walls to control the high pressure of blood . When blood came out from heart by artery pressure of blood is very high and artery need to control it ...While when blood come back to heart from of all part of the body by veins the pressure of blood is no more high , so the veins do not need thick walls to control the blood pressure that's why veins have thin walls as compared to artery
