Explanation:
- Outer walls of houses are painted with white colour instead of other colours because as we know that white color is bad conductor of light and it's reflect the heat and light .. so that to keep our houses cool we are painting white instead of other colour.
- From heater should be placed in ground level because if we will keep it at higher level then the heat will not spread thorough out the room .. As we know warm air always move up ward ... and we placed the air cooler in higher level because the cold air will comes downword and it will keep the room cool ...

Answer:
1) In places of hot climate, it is advised that the outer walls of house be painted white because white colour does not absorb any heat radiation from the sun which keep inside cool even if there is hot climate outside the house.
2) If the density of air is high then it will settle in the bottom and if it is less dense and it will move upwards. If the heater is placed on height then the air will not fill the bottom of the room. Hence, heater is placed near the floor because the air currents move upwards so the hot air fills up the whole room.
