1) because all the celestial objects are made up of roughly the same materials and show similar behavior
2) As you move further underground, stuff gets crushed by the weight of everything on top of it (gravity). As it gets crushed we say the pressure increases. Pushing all the molecules closer together and increasing the pressure causes the molecules to move faster, which is what we have defined as being hotter.
3)As you move down pressure increases and brings molecules close to each other and in asthenosphere the pressure just enough to keep it in semi molten state.
4)same as 3 only change is that pressure incerases so much that the materilas have no inter molecular space ( as in solids ) and behave as solids.
