Give reasons.
(a) Salinity is low in the land-locked
Baltic Sea.
(b) There is higher salinity in the northern
Red Sea while lower in the southern.

As there is less ice melting in the northern Red Sea. And in the southern there is more ice melting which de-salinates the water. This kills a lot of marine life and sea animals like fish,sharks,whales and coral.
