Answer:

  • sodium potassium and lithium are stored under oil because these are metals and are highly reactive and they readily react with air water on the environment.
  • platinum gold and silver are used to make jewellery as they are for noble metals and they are not most reactive and also have lustre.
  • copper wires are used in electrical connections as copper is good conductor of electricity.

(a). sodium and potassium are very highly reactive metals.they come in 1st and 2nd postion under most highly reactive metal list so due to their high nature of reactivity whenever they come in the contact of air they react virgously and burns this is the reason why sodium potassium and lithium stored under oil.

(b). platinum , gold and silver are very less reactive metals sue to their less reactive nature they do not react with air and water that's why they are used to make jewellery.

(c). As copper is a very conductor of electricity it conducts electric charge to flow that's why it is used in electrical connection
