Hey here is ur answer....

{a}Sparks are produced when a pair of scissors is sharpened against agrinding wheel because the rusted and rough particles we're occur when we use scissors those particles are produced when we sharpen it.

{b} Powder is applied to a carom board because powder removes roughness and gives friction.

{c} Trucks and buses generally have double wheels at the back because truck weighs more weight in backside for balancing that weight trucks has double wheels.

{d} Wheels of car are made circular because cars or any vehicles does not move without wheels. Wheels are made only with circular shape..
