clay soil have already content of water here as sandy soil dont have

Clay soils have very fine particles through which water cannot be easily percolate but in the case of sandy soil, this soil have granules like big particles through which water can be easily filtrated or percolated.

That is why, low percolation rate in clay soil when compared to sandy soil.
