2) leaf is known as the food factory of the plant as chlorophyll ( green coloured pigment)is present in leaves which help in photosynthesis. Photosynthesis in turn tells the plant to make food for the whole plant. The food is then transported to different parts of plants by the phloem tissue.

5) leaf of the plant will die if the stomata are blocked as stomata helps the plant in gaseous exchange.
