a) Carbohydrates is a energy giving food. Labourers do so much of physical work and they need more energy to do this. They will get this energy when they will eat more carbohydrates.

b) This is because fatty food is harder to digest and they also stay longer in our intestine. And people who are unwell will not able to digest it.

c) This because water controls body temperature and lubricate the joints. Athletes loss more sweat as compared to a normal person and when they fell dehydrated and qhen we feel dehydrated our body doesn't work properly. We feel sleepy, dizzy, mild headache, muscle cramps or dry mouth with bad breath. In this condition we can't run. So, athletes drink more water as compared to a normal person.
