Here is ur answer:

Qa)Metals are regarded as electropostive element. Why?

ans)Metals have a tendency to lose one or two electrons to form positive ions. Therefore, metals are called electropositive elements.

Qb)Aluminum oxide is called amphoteric oxide. Why?

ans) Aluminium oxide is an amphoteric substance, meaning it can react with both acids and bases, such as hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide, acting as an acid with a base and a base with an acid, neutralising the other and producing a salt.

Qc)Sodium and potassium metals are kept immersed under kerosene oil. Why?

ans)Sodium is a highly reactive metal and reacts vigorously with the oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture present in the air such that it may even cause a fire. To prevent this explosive reaction, Sodium is kept immersed in kerosene because Sodium doesn't react with kerosene.
