b) The small intestine is longer in herbivore than in carnivore because herbivores eat only grass which is full of cellulose and the digestion of cellulose takes a long time.

c) The blood platelets are required for the process of blood clotting. Whenever there is an injury, to prevent the loss of blood it is necessary to form a clot. ... If there are no platelets, there will be no clot formation. This might result in haemorrhage in which there is continuous blood loss.
