Give reasons for the following-

(A)  We tend to slip on a banana peel because the surface of the peel acts as a lubricator which prevents the forces of friction, thus, we tend to slip down.

(B) It is easier to push a lighter box than that of heavier box because of the forces of friction and due to the heavy weight of the box, it is harder to move it, thus, the lighter box is easier to move.

(C) the force needed to start the cart is somewhat more because to overcome the forces of friction.

(D) Sportsman use shoes fitted with spikes to overcome wear and tear caused by friction.
