(a) Ammonia is a chemical compound formed by two elements nitrogen and hydrogen that they are bonded together and these elements cannot be separated physically
(b) Air is mixture, but not a compound because of the following reasons: Air can be separated into its constituents such as oxygen, nitrogen, etc. by fractional distillation of liquid air. Air shows the properties of all gases present in it.
(c) Tap water contains minerals, air, chlorine and other dissolved impurities that varies from place to place, therefore it is a mixture.
