Answer:

1) in aluminium oxide aluminium is in its highest oxidation state hence can't be oxidised futher.

2) CCl4 dont conduct electricity because they consists only covalent bonds.

3) Graphite is used as anode instead of lead bromide because Graphite is inert in nature and do not take part in reaction.

4) Not sure but maybe its because of oxidising nature of HNO3

5) Ammonia is alakline in nature hence removes the oily and greesy substances easilly.

1)aluminium atom is highly electrpositive.... it's not possible for the common reducing agent,to make it reduced.....

it can only be reduced, using the elements which have higher reactivity then it...

2)it is,made up of covalent , doesn't contain,free electrons

3) if other electrodes will be used then,Mercury will react with them

4) coz,it develops.protective,layer, outside the.metal to.prevent further explosion...

5)coz,it emulsifies grease,fat.. etc
