this process is called as condensation
the chilled bottle is actually freezed to a very low temperature and it is very
obvious that the temp outside is higher compared to temp in refrigeration
hence to obtain the condition of equilibrium that is temperature of water inside the bottle must be equal to temperature outside the bottle the air from atmostphere interact with the bottle and since bottle is very cold it condenses the air which in turn forms water so you can see a puddle of water due to that
