Give reasons for the following: temperature of lands near the sea is comparatively lower than temperature of lands away from the sea

It is because coastal areas are under influence of land and sea breeze.
Thus, they have a moderate climate.

near the sea temperature is lower because the surrounding of climate is cool temperature of lands away from the sea is hot because rays of sun is very bright and hot
