There is a seasonal shifting in pressure belts bcz Pressure belt shifts with the shifting of the Sun and in the direction of the shifting of the sun . except for polar high belts but it might expand or shrink.

In this region the Mediterranean type of climate is experienced because of shifting of permanentbelts southwards and northwards with the overhead position of the sun.
