Give reasons for when urine is discharged, in beginning it is acidic in nature later it become alkaline???

reasons are :-
Urine contains 96% of water , organic substances and inorganic substances.
Actually urine is acidic at beginning but becomes alkaline on standing due to decomposition of urea to form ammonia.
