Give reasons for your answer:-
• A point whose x-coordinate is zero, will lie on the y-axis.
• A point whose y-coordinate is zero, will lie on the x-axis.
• The coordinate of the origin are (1,1).

Answer:

•A point whose x-coordinate is 0 so it will lie on the y-axis because the point is written in format{x, y} and also the point is represented by extending the line by means x and y and chosen that intersection and is called as a point. so here in first both we have x is 0 so y coordinate will be on y axis. same reason for second point.

•the coordinates of origin are always (0, 0) only when shifting of origin takes place coordinates can be made any (h, k).
