1. yes ofcourse government programmes play an important role increasing equality because when elections are held in villages or towns in our country then each and every person has right to vote . and this is the most commom example of right to equality.
2. women's work at home are not recognized as work because today we had declared that which work gave us money is recognized as work but work at home does'nt gave us money that's why this is not recognized as work.
shame on this types of thoughts .
