i) They are non corrosive and don't react with water and any other element easily..... Also they have a gleaming touch....

ii) They are highly reactive metals and catches fire when brought under open environment or in presence of Oxygen....

iii) Aluminium forms a protective layer of oxide on its surface preventing it from reacting with any of the food ingredients....

iv) It is because it is easy to extract metals from their oxides form rather than from their carbonate and sulphides......
