This is because loudspeaker produce lot of noises which are irritable and uncomfortable as well as undesirable. Congested areas have a lot of inhabitants living in that area. So it might cause huge problems and severe consequences. It disrupts the normal flow of life, interferes with communication, disrupts sleeping, reduces the ability to work and in turn causes head ache and irritably and may even make us deaf.
