{1}water coolers are less effective in rainy season
{2} food cooked faster in a pressure cooker
{3}liquid can be called as Fluids {4}liquid has low density as compare to solids but ice floats on water

(1) During the rainy reason, the atmosphere air is saturated with moisture. Therefore, the process of evaporation of water from the moist pads of the cooler slows down thereby not cooling the air blown out from the cooler.
(2) Because all the heat is trapped inside the cooker and cooks it faster. No heat is evaporated from it as it is air tight.
(3)As they have a tendency yo move or flow freely like gases and unlike solids.
(4)As ice has empty spaces in between then so they allow the ice to float.
(5)As it gets in the intermolecular spaces in the water.

Hi friend!!

1. they are less effective on the rainy day because during the rainy season, the atmosphere air is saturated with moisture.

2. because the trapped steam increses the atmospheric pressure inside the cooker by 15 pounds per square inch. This higher temperature cookes the food faster.

3. liquids can be called as fluids because they have fluidity and all the properties of water.

4. as the volume of a substance increases, its density decreases. Though ice is a solid, it has large number of empty spaces between its particles.

5. salt dissappear in water because the positive parts of water molecules attract negative chloride ions and negative parts of water molecules attracts positive sodium ions.
