BECAUSE POLIO WAS ERADICATED FROM INDIA SO NO NEED TO DO SO
SECONDLY THIS CAMPAIGN WAS TO START VACCINATING CHILDREN COMPULSORILY FOR POLIO. WHEN THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CAMPAIGN WERE ACHIEVED IT WAS THEN TAKEN UP.
