The stars appear to twinkling because of total internal reflection.
Hope you understand..

FITBRAIN: What!! Are you kidding me??!!!
Anonymous: y?
FITBRAIN: How does total internal reflection take place??
Anonymous: stars are denser it take place..
FITBRAIN: Internal reflection not total internal reflection
Anonymous: what is difference??
FITBRAIN: Reflection is when light travels from lighter to denser and total internal is just the opposite
Anonymous: yeah, total internal reflecton depends on refractive index
Anonymous: hence both answers are correct..
FITBRAIN: Cheers! Nothing against you #peace✌
