   Yes , "LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE EXTENDS ONE'S VISION AND EXPANDS ONE'S MIND...{and of course}.....A SECOND LANGUAGE TEACHES US DIFFERENT WAYS OF LABELING AND ORGANIZING OUR EXPERIENCE " . Learning a new language is nothing but gaining knowledge and second language (i.e, new language) is what which is completely different from the words we use in our day-to-day life , in a word anything which is new to us awakens a new interest in a person which brings a human out of his daily routine to learn something which is definitely new and totally different . According to science a new language is where the person TRIES to understand which he normally doesn't , now this makes the person's normal brain cell formation rate to increase  and this makes you improve your  new version of attitude , imagination , analytic , communicative skills thereby increasing the habit of keen interest of your mind in any of the subjects you go through . In fact we see many people in our society who didn't score top or well in exams but when they do any task which is assigned to them , THEY DO the task in an easy way .....probably in a perfect way because every language teaches something amazingly new and THIS MAKES YOU TO ADOPT TO ANY CONDITION IN A  GRACEFUL WAY ....usually they become ACTIVE BY THEIR CONSCIOUSNESS.
