give reasons why :- a) most zygotes in angiosperms divide only when certain amount of endosperm is formed b) micropyle remains as a small pore in the seed coat of a seed. c) integuments of an ovule harden and water content is highly reduced as the seed matures.

a) zygote divides only after formation of some amount of endosperm so that when zygote give rise to embryo then that embryo could get nourishment for growing until it is capable to do so on its own by photosynthesis.
2) microplye is a small pore and it remains there in the seed coat to facilitate entry of oxygen and moisture/water at the time of seed formation.
c) integuments harden and water content is highly reduced in seeds for the purpose of storage, for using as a food later on or for later use for germination, hard seed coat protect it from external environment.
