Pasture lands are grazed by animals. They are not well sloped and are somewhat hilly and have rocks.

EXPLANATION:

  • The pasture lands have infertile soils which are deficient for plant growth.
  • They contain very less moisture and organic material in them
  • They have high slope.
  • They also do not receive much rainfall.
  • They are subjected to high temperature which also leads to the loss of moisture.
  • And due to higher rainfall it can be prone to floods.

Hence, they are not favorable for cultivation.
