Answer:

Kerala is considered a pretty developed state, with good human development.

1. The very reason Kerala being developed, is greenery. As Kerala lies to the western ghats, it receives ample rainfall hence providing good land fertility.

2. A good education system is followed. This means Kerala has a good literacy rate.

3. Mortality rate and health care facilities are top-notch.

While in Bihar-

1. Low investment records. This means it has low human capital.

2. Bihar is considered to have poor political performance, accompanied by in.stability.

3. Bihar is one of those states where constant conflicts are noticed, which again leads to in.stability.

The difference between the development of both the states are well noticed here.
