Explanation- A yojak chihn always doesn't mean that the samaas is dvandva....they can even give a yojak chihn between tatpurush samaas to confuse......so to identify the dvandva samaas, you have to know that both the words will be opposites.....the only we can put 'aur' in place of the yojak chihn.
