Scientific reasons as to why we should include grains, pulses, vegetables and fruits in our daily life:
First Grains: We should add grains to our diet, grains contain fiber, essential nutrients like B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and folate) and minerals (iron, magnesium and selenium) which reduce or have cut down chances of getting chronic diseases like asthma, arthritis, diabetes etc.
Second Pulses: Vegan pulses are the natural and green source of abundant protein and fiber which keeps both body and stomach healthy.
Third Vegetables: The most essential and centerpiece of our human civilization, aside from animal meat vegetables gives us benefit both in long and short term, contains a broad spectrum of nutrients like Vitamin A, B, C, K, fibers and minerals for example eating radish reduces jaundice and tomatoes are known to have cut down cancer causing elements in our body
Fruits: A natural sugar source, contains dietary fibers which help in lowering cholesterol, digestion, efficient bowel movement. Most of them have Vitamin C, which helps in both growth and repair of body from any disaster.
