Sweating is a process whereby the body tries to cool itself down. Sweat expelled through glands is evaporated into the air, which has the effect of cooling down your skin and hence body. Exercising causes the body to heat up, triggering your sweat as a response. The same thing happens in summer also, we feel too much hot during summer. Therefore, the sweat comes out in order to reduce the body temperature. Above all, we sweat to maintain our body temperature.
