a wet cloth is wrapped around a water storage container in summer​

As i think ....wet clothes are wrapped to cool the water...In summer water gets hot soon...so when we wrap wet clothes around it ....water from the clothes get vaporised ....
As u know vaporization causes cooling effect...
so, the water in the container doesn't get hot soon.
