Answer:
hope it helps you dear......
Statement :- Sugar disappears when it is added to water and the water is stirred .
Test :- We have to prove the disappearence of sugar on stirring.
Take three types of sugar :-
- Simple kitchen sugar
- Liquid sucrose drop
- Rock sugar
Lets , start stirring in presence of water .
▶ Simple kitchen sugar
➝ Take a little amount of water in beaker & add some sugar to it . It gets disappears but took llittile time & more time to stir . The stirring makes kinetic energy & it disapears sugar .
C6H12O6(s) + H2O ➝ C6H12O6(aq)
It does not have any change in chemical state it only changes the physical state of sugar.
▶Liquid sucrose drop
It readily dissolved in water molecules without much stirring . It undergoes no change.
C6H12O6(aq) + H2O ➝ C6H12O6(aq)
▶ Rock sugar
It harder to disappear beacuse of its big molecular compound . We have to increase temprature for the dissapearence here.
C6H12O6(s) + H2O ----Heat---➝ C6H12O6(aq)
Reason :-
The solublity is based on the nature of solute & solution.
Conclusion :-
Sugar disappears when it is added to water and the water is stirred due to solublity . Solublity states that the tendency of solute to dissolve in a solvent to gives a saturated solution.
