Adding sugar to water in glass until it is no more soluble, cold drinks you buy from market are saturated with carbon.

See, if you dissolve sugar in water, it dissolves. If you go on adding sugar, at a certain stage, the dissolving of sugar stops. This termination to dissolving is called saturation and that solution is called saturated solution.
For a saturated solution, if you add still more sugar, it becomes supersaturated solution.
Examples include 1 kg of sugar in 1 L of water, cold drinks with supersaturated carbon, and so on.
